Dy3+ Tm3+ co-doped phosphate glass

A dataset of Dy3+/Tm3+ co-doped phosphate glasses was established in 2020-2021. The luminescence properties, moisture resistance and thermal stability of Dy3+ and Tm3+ mono-doped and co-doped phosphate glasses were collected in the dataset and treated accordingly.Overall, the prepared phosphate glasses have the potential to be applied in UV-based white-light emitting diodes.

2020至2021年间构建了一套针对镝离子（Dy³⁺）与铥离子（Tm³⁺）共掺杂磷酸盐玻璃的数据集。本数据集收录了单掺杂镝离子、单掺杂铥离子及二者共掺杂的磷酸盐玻璃的发光性能、耐潮性能与热稳定性能，并对上述数据进行了相应处理。整体而言，所制备的该类磷酸盐玻璃具备应用于紫外激发型白光发光二极管（LED）的潜力。
