Repro_Emergent Persistent Modes in an Adaptive Field-Topology System II

Reproducibility package for: "Emergent Persistent Modes in an Adaptive Field-Topology System II: Phase Dynamics, Spectral Transition, and Inversion of Coupling Regime in the Complex Field" This archive contains all simulation code, analysis scripts, numerical data, and figures required to reproduce the results reported in the companion paper (Stefan D. Ungureanu, 2026). The package includes: simulation source code (v6.1, N=65,536, complex scalar field ψ ∈ ℂ), analysis scripts, census and spectral output data, and all 7 figures at 300 DPI. Checkpoint files (.pkl) and NPZ spectral archives are available from the author upon request.
