Small RNA sequencing during RA induced mESC differentiation shows transient up-regulation of tRNA derived small RNAs(tsRNA). These tsRNAs specifically arise from the 5' end of tRNA and play important roles in fine tuning cell state switches by regulating translation and transcript stability.
对视黄酸(Retinoic Acid,RA)诱导的小鼠胚胎干细胞(mouse embryonic stem cell,mESC)分化过程进行小RNA测序(Small RNA sequencing)的结果显示,转运RNA衍生小RNA(transfer RNA-derived small RNAs,tsRNA)呈现瞬时上调特征。此类tsRNA特异性起源于转运RNA的5'端,并通过调控翻译过程与转录本稳定性,在微调细胞状态转换中发挥重要作用。
