Eosinophilic Esophagitis E-100_A

Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an inflammatory disease diagnosed by ≥15 intraepithelial eosinophils (Eos) in an esophageal biopsy high-power field. This is a Whole Slide Image (WSI) containing eosinophils that we use to train an AI model to automatically detect and count these cellular structures in a given image to reduce the data annotation burden on clinicians and pathologists.

嗜酸性食管炎（Eosinophilic esophagitis, EoE）是一种炎症性疾病，其诊断标准为食管活检高倍视野中上皮内嗜酸性粒细胞（intraepithelial eosinophils, Eos）数量≥15个。本数据集为包含嗜酸性粒细胞的全切片图像（Whole Slide Image, WSI），我们利用该图像训练AI模型，使其能够在给定图像中自动检测并计数这些细胞结构，从而减轻临床医生和病理学家的数据标注负担。
