Explosive diversification is widespread in eukaryotes, making it difficult to resolve phylogenetic relationships and other evolutionary analyses, such as eudicots, especially the Pentapetalae, in flowering plants. We show a highly resolved phylogenetic tree, divergence time estimates and diversification rate shifts of eudicots by using low-copy nuclear genes from transcriptomics and genomic datasets. 真核生物中广泛存在爆发式分化现象,这使得解析被子植物的系统发育关系及开展其他进化分析面临诸多困难,其中尤以真双子叶植物(eudicots)、尤其是五瓣花类群(Pentapetalae)为甚。本研究利用转录组学与基因组数据集来源的低拷贝核基因,构建了分辨率极高的真双子叶植物系统发育树,并完成了该类群的分化时间估算与分化速率变化分析。本论文于2017年12月25日被《New Phytologist》期刊接收。
