Comparative of nitric oxide synthase 1 inhibitory and non-inhibitory melanoma cell lines under interferon-alpha

We performed RNA sequencing on melanoma cell lines with or without nitric oxide synthase 1 inhibition by selective inhibitor n-Propyl-l-arginine under the condition of interferon-alpha stimulation to explore nitric oxide synthase 1 effect on interferon-stimulated genes expression in response to interferon-alpha stimulation

我们在干扰素-α刺激的条件下，对经选择性抑制剂N-丙基-L-精氨酸（n-Propyl-l-arginine）抑制一氧化氮合酶1（nitric oxide synthase 1），或未进行该抑制处理的黑色素瘤细胞系开展RNA测序（RNA Sequencing），以探究一氧化氮合酶1在响应干扰素-α刺激时对干扰素刺激基因（interferon-stimulated genes）表达的影响。
