The abnormal percentage was the ratio of number of abnormal voxels to total number of voxels in a tissue type. In the case of abnormal percentage = 50%: numbers of voxels in dArtery, dGM and dWM are 551*50%275, 1741*50%870 and 1636*50% = 818, respectively. Other two cases can be calculated in the same manner by replacing percentage of 50% with 25% and 13%, respectively.

异常体素占比指某一组织类型中异常体素(voxel)数量与该组织类型总体系素数量的比值。当异常体素占比为50%时,dArtery、dGM与dWM的体素数量分别为551×50%=275、1741×50%=870及1636×50%=818。其余两种情形可采用相同方式计算,仅需将50%分别替换为25%与13%即可。
