NIRS Database on intact fresh cassava for Dry Matter Starch at IITA, Nigeria

Cassava samples were havested in Ibadan at 8/25/2021 (20 genotypes) and Ikenne at 8/27/2021 (6 genotypes). Spectra of intact fresh pieces of cassava root, transverse position PT(proximal top), MT(middle top), MB(middle back) and AxB(axial back) was collected. DM and starch analysis were also done on the same sample pieces.

2021年8月25日在伊巴丹（Ibadan）采集了20个基因型的木薯样本，2021年8月27日在伊肯内（Ikenne）采集了6个基因型的样本。采集了木薯块根完整新鲜切片的光谱数据，涵盖横向位置PT（近端顶部，proximal top）、MT（中部顶部，middle top）、MB（中部背部，middle back）和AxB（轴向背部，axial back）。对相同样本切片还开展了干物质（DM）及淀粉含量分析。
