This Communication describes a cascade reaction sequence that leads to highly functionalized cyclohexenones starting from reaction of cyclobutenones with α-lithio-α,β-unsaturated sulfones and amides. The hexatriene−cyclohexadiene cyclization steps presumed to be involved in these transformations are among the most facile hexatriene electrocyclizations reported thus far.
本研究通讯报道了一种级联反应序列,该反应以环丁烯酮(cyclobutenones)与α-锂代-α,β-不饱和砜及酰胺(amides)为起始原料,可得到高官能团化环己烯酮(cyclohexenones)。该转化过程中推测参与的己三烯(hexatriene)-环己二烯(cyclohexadiene)环化步骤,属于迄今已报道的最易于进行的己三烯电环化反应之一。
