This research is focused on the mechanisms under the addictive properties of Nitrous oxide. In this research, we used behavioral test (Conditioned place preference), molecular biological technique (PCR, Western blot, flow), imaging methods (IF and rs-fMRI) to explore the mechanism. Using these methods, the rewarding effects and molecular changes of in nitrous oxide treating mice and rats.
本研究聚焦于一氧化二氮(Nitrous oxide)成瘾特性背后的作用机制。实验中,我们采用行为学实验(条件性位置偏好实验,Conditioned place preference)、分子生物学技术(聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、蛋白质免疫印迹(Western blot)、流式细胞术(flow))以及成像方法(免疫荧光(IF)和静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI))以探究相关机制。借助上述实验手段,本研究分析了一氧化二氮处理后大小鼠的奖赏效应与分子层面的变化。
