a. 基因ID基于Phytozome v8数据库；
b. 基因所属的最显著富集基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）条目（如有）；
c. 通过blast2go完成的手动注释；
d. 基于毛果杨（*Populus trichocarpa*）v2版本注释信息文件匹配得到的最优拟南芥TAIR10同源基因（若可获取相关信息，将使用该拟南芥基因的通用名称）；
e. 针对RT-qPCR数据，基于对照组与处理组三组生物学重复的相对表达量进行t检验所得的P值；
