Supporting data for ''Towards Glycoprotein Synthesis via Chemical Ligation''

In this dataset, we present the first chemical synthesis of glycosylated adiponectin collagenous domains with all possible 15 glycoform combinations and PD-1 extracellular domain via chemical ligation approaches.It includes the fully synthesizing details of the glycosylated Fmoc-protected hydroxyl-lysine building block and the construction of glycosylated adiponectin collagenous domains analogues. Moreover, we shows the synthetic steps and protocols for extracellular domain of the PD-1 protein.

本数据集首次报道了通过化学连接法合成带有全部15种可能糖型（glycoform）组合的糖基化脂联素胶原结构域，以及PD-1胞外结构域（PD-1 extracellular domain）。本数据集包含了糖基化Fmoc保护羟基赖氨酸构建砌块的完整合成细节，以及糖基化脂联素胶原结构域类似物的构建流程。此外，本数据集还提供了PD-1蛋白胞外结构域的合成步骤与实验方案。
