Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest: Baseline maps and description of Watershed 5 treatment

A commercial whole-tree harvest was carried out on the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest's Watershed 5 in 1983-4. This dataset includes a description of this harvest (in methods), and associated maps and tables for reference when using data from this experiment. Long-term research continues on Watershed 5, and includes the collection of data on soils, vegetation, water chemistry, streamflow and precipitation.

1983—1984年，科研人员于哈伯布鲁克实验林（Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest）的流域5（Watershed 5）实施了商品性全树采伐作业。本数据集包含此次采伐的方法学说明，以及本实验使用相关数据时可供参考的配套地图与表格。目前针对流域5的长期研究仍在持续，研究内容涵盖土壤、植被、水化学、径流与降水相关数据的采集工作。
