Mouse lung tissue RNA-Seq from C57Bl6 wild type and ALOX15 KO mice with and without house dust mite (HDM) exposure.

Purpose: Identify genes disregulated in wild type C57Bl6 mouse lung tissue in the house dust mite (HDM) asthma disease model and genes differentially expressed in ALOX15 KO mice. Overall design: C57Bl6 mice were challenged daily for 14 days with intranasal house dust mite (HDM) extract. The HDM challenged mouse lung RNA-Seq from wild type mice was compared to RNA-Seq from lungs of ALOX15 knock out mice.

研究目的：鉴定尘螨（house dust mite, HDM）哮喘疾病模型中野生型C57Bl6小鼠肺组织内的失调基因，以及ALOX15基因敲除（KO）小鼠的差异表达基因。
实验设计：对C57Bl6小鼠每日经鼻腔给予尘螨提取物，连续造模14天。将野生型尘螨致敏小鼠的肺组织RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据，与ALOX15基因敲除小鼠的肺组织RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据进行对比分析。
