ZBTB32 Is an Early Repressor of the CIITA MHC Class II Gene Expression during B Cell Differentiation to Plasma Cells

Primary murine B cells were stimulated with IL2, IL5, LPS to induce B cell differentiation for 24 hours. RNA was extracted from control and differentiated B cell to compare gene expression. Murine B cells (CD43-) were purfied from 5 weeks old mice splenocytes. And purified B cells were stimulated with IL2, IL5, LPS for 24 hours.

本实验从5周龄小鼠的脾脏淋巴细胞中纯化得到CD43阴性的小鼠B细胞。将该纯化的B细胞以白细胞介素2（IL2）、白细胞介素5（IL5）及脂多糖（LPS）刺激24小时，诱导B细胞分化；随后分别从对照组及分化后的B细胞中提取RNA，以比较两组的基因表达差异。
