<b>Mangiferin regulates lipogenesis mediated by Advanced Glycation End products through AKR1B1</b>

Analysis of transcriptome profiles of DPN patients available in SRA-NCBI database and genes annotated for DPN onset further confirmed the novel property of AKR1B1 in regulation of lipogenesis in DPN patients.

对NCBI-SRA数据库中公开的糖尿病周围神经病变（Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, DPN）患者的转录组表达谱，以及注释为DPN发病相关的基因开展的分析，进一步证实了AKR1B1在DPN患者体内调控脂肪生成的新功能。
