Ancistrocerus nigricornis (early mason-wasp), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Ancistrocerus nigricornis, common name early mason-wasp, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目采集了针对黑角盾蜾蠃（Ancistrocerus nigricornis，通用名早筑巢蜂）所产生的基因组与转录组数据，以作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，助力该项目的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目下的数据集需遵照达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）的相关要求方可公开获取。
