Outputs from the LPJ-GUESS dynamic global vegetation model v3.0 are provided for two global simulations. One forced by CRU-NCEP v5 climate data for the period 1901-2014 and one forced by bias-corrected IPSL-CM5A-LR RCP 8.5 climate data for the period 1901-2099. Only potential natural vegetation was simulated, i.e. no human land-use. Both simulations are at 0.5 x 0.5 degree spatial resolution. Carbon turnover fluxes for live vegetation for mortality, leaf phenological turnover and fine root phenological turnover were outputted individually. For a full description of the simulations, please refer to the accompanying paper.

本数据集包含LPJ-GUESS动态全球植被模型v3.0的两组全球模拟输出结果。其中一组以1901-2014年时段的CRU-NCEP v5气候数据为强迫场,另一组以1901-2099年时段的偏差校正后IPSL-CM5A-LR RCP 8.5气候数据为强迫场。所有模拟仅针对潜在自然植被开展,未考虑人类土地利用活动。两组模拟的空间分辨率均为0.5°×0.5°。研究分别输出了活体植被的死亡率、叶片物候周转及细根物候周转相关的碳周转通量。若需了解模拟的完整细节,请参阅随附的相关论文。
