Contains non-confidential discharge data for all California acute care hospitals, acute psychiatric hospitals, chemical dependency recovery hospitals, psychiatric health facilities, and state state-operated hospitals.Each record consists of details on individual inpatients discharged from the hospital. Details include, age, gender, race, date of admission, discharge date, diagnoses, procedure, expected source of payment and county of residence.
