Transcriptomic analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes in the absence of Aochk1 were involved in carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, Autophagy, energy metabolism, and translation. Overall design: Examination of differential genes in the WT and ?Aochk1 mutant strains and prediction of multiple cytological processes that may affect trap formation in Arthrobotrys oligospora.
