Thick section images of Callogorgia delta for Transmission Electron Microscopy

Thick section images of the deep-sea coral, Callogorgia delta, taken on a Nikon Eclipse E1000 to guide Transmission Electron Microscopy. See publication in Nature Communications for methodological details: "Discovery of deep-sea coral symbionts from a novel clade of marine bacteria with severely reduced genomes". Images are grouped in folders by coral colony (Ex: T4-4) which appears at the beginning of the folder name. See supplementary information in publication for metadata associated with these colonies.
