To examine the response of 4662 tumor cell on MSLN-CAR T cells. Series of genes of 4662 cells treated with the conditioned media (CM) from MSLN-CAR T cells and untransduced (UTD) T cells. Overall design: 4662 cells were treated with or without the conditioned media (CM) from MSLN-CAR T cells and untransduced (UTD) T cells. MSLN-CAR T cells or UTD T cells (2×105) were cultured in each well of the MSLN protein coated 96-well plate for 48 hrs, and supernatant was collected and centrifuged at 500 × g for 10 min.
