Whole transcriptomic analysis in C2C12 cells was conducted, comparing cells treated with a vehicle control to those treated with three different concentrations of JGT-E and JGT-W. All experiments were performed in triplicate. Overall design: we constructed the pharmacological transcriptome data obtained through combinatorial conditions, such as extraction orders (individual herbs extracted or the herb-mixed JGT extracted), combination ratios (two herbs into 2:1, 1:1, and 1:2), two extracting methods (hot water or 70% ethanol), and three cell lines (muscle-related C2C12, neuropathic pain-related PC12, and drug metabolism-related HepG2).
本研究在C2C12细胞中开展全转录组分析(whole transcriptomic analysis),以经载体对照处理的细胞为对照组,与分别施加三种不同浓度JGT-E和JGT-W处理的细胞进行对比。所有实验均重复三次。
