To investigate the skin microbiota in iNKT deficient mice, we performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing to profile microbial compositions on both WT and Cd1d KO mouse skin tissues.
为探究不变性自然杀伤T细胞（invariant natural killer T，iNKT）缺陷小鼠的皮肤微生物群，我们通过16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因测序，对野生型（wild type，WT）与Cd1d基因敲除（knockout，KO）小鼠的皮肤组织的微生物群落组成进行了表征分析。
