干预措施: a. 压力手套与压力袜由朱拉隆功大学工程学院生物医学工程项目团队研发。 b. 实验组压力调节范围为20~33百帕(hectopascal, hPa),对照组无压力施加。 c. 该压力水平在既往研究文献中已被证实具备安全性。 分组设置:无治疗组、实验装置无干预组、压力手套与压力袜组、对照组。 主要结局指标:依据美国国家癌症研究所常见不良反应术语标准(National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, NCI-CTCAE),统计随访6个月时2级及以上OIPN(Oxaliplatin-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy)的发生率。 研究设计:随机试验
