Response of soil bacterial communities, assembly and function to the degradation and restoration of rangeland on the Tibetan Plateau

Our objectives were to (1) determine the effects of rangeland degradation level and enclosure duration on diversity, composition, community assembly, and the functional groups of soil bacteria, (2) identify possible links between the soil properties and bacterial communities.

我们的研究目标为：(1) 明确草原退化程度与围栏封育时长对土壤细菌多样性、群落组成、群落构建及功能类群的影响；(2) 揭示土壤性质与细菌群落之间的潜在关联。
