ARH-77 cells were genetically editted with CRISPR-Cas9 to knock out KEAP1 and treated with various doses of CDDO-2P-Im or DMSO. WT and KEAP1 KO cells were extracted for RNA. In addition, 500,000 KEAP1 knockout cells were treated with DMSO, 0.1μM CDDO-2P-Im, or 0.4 μm CDDO-2P-Im for 6 hours. Groups were compared between each other.

本数据集以ARH-77细胞为实验材料:采用CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术敲除部分ARH-77细胞的KEAP1基因,随后将该KEAP1敲除细胞与野生型(Wild Type, WT)细胞分别施以不同剂量的CDDO-2P-Im或二甲基亚砜(Dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO)处理;同时提取野生型与KEAP1敲除(KEAP1 KO)细胞的总RNA。此外,另取50万个KEAP1敲除细胞,分别用DMSO、0.1μM CDDO-2P-Im及0.4μM CDDO-2P-Im处理6小时,最终对所有实验组与对照组进行两两比较分析。
