The aims of this study is to address the impact of space flight on transcriptome of goldfish scale, a model for investigating the interaction between osteoblast and osteoclast. In addition, the effect of melatonin on osteogenesis were simultaneously evaluated. The datasets are consist of ground control, flight with 1G, flight with microG, and flight with 1G in the presence of melatonin. Total RNA was extracted by using QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit. Next generation sequencing was performed by using HiSeq2500 (Paired-end)
本研究旨在探讨太空飞行对金鱼鳞片转录组(transcriptome)的影响,金鱼鳞片作为探究成骨细胞(osteoblast)与破骨细胞(osteoclast)相互作用的经典模型。此外,本研究同时评估了褪黑素对成骨作用的影响。本数据集涵盖地面对照组、1G重力飞行组、微重力(microG)飞行组以及添加褪黑素的1G重力飞行组。总RNA提取采用QIAGEN RNeasy迷你试剂盒完成。后续通过HiSeq2500(Paired-end)平台开展下一代测序。
