本数据集对缺血性脑卒中（ischemic stroke）患者的外周血血小板计数开展检测分析：纳入未接受治疗组（n=11）与接受重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（rt-PA）治疗组（n=21）两个队列，分别于入院当日（D0）、发病后第1天（D1）及第7天（D7）完成血小板计数检测。所有检测结果以平均值±标准误（SEM）的形式呈现。两组患者在各时间点的血小板计数差异采用非参数Mann-Whitney U检验进行统计学分析，检验显著性标记为(*) p。本数据集旨在比较接受与未接受rt-PA治疗的脑卒中患者的血小板计数水平。
