Supporting data for "Structural analysis of bio-inspired spatial systems: network efficiency of fractal morphologies". <br> The csv files are named according to the system data: hexagonal (hexagonal), kagome (kagome), hexaflake (hexaflake), vicsek (vicsek), ballistic aggregation (ba), and diffusion-limited aggregation (dla). <br> - All files contain two columns, 'X' and 'Y', for the x and y coordinates of the particles in the plane. <br> - All files contain 10,000 particles, except for the Hexaflake and Vicsek systems that contain 16807 and 15625 particles, corresponding to the 5th anf 6th iteration of the generation process, respectively. <br> - For the BA and DLA systems there are 10 copies for each system.
《仿生空间系统的结构分析:分形形态的网络效率》(Structural analysis of bio-inspired spatial systems: network efficiency of fractal morphologies)的配套支撑数据。<br>所用逗号分隔值(CSV)文件根据对应系统命名:六角形(hexagonal)、kagome晶格(kagome)、六角雪花形(hexaflake)、维塞克(vicsek)、弹道聚集(ballistic aggregation,BA)以及扩散限制聚集(diffusion-limited aggregation,DLA)。<br>- 所有文件均包含两列数据,分别为'X'与'Y',对应平面内粒子的x、y坐标。<br>- 除六角雪花形与维塞克系统外,其余系统均包含10000个粒子;六角雪花形与维塞克系统分别包含16807和15625个粒子,对应生成过程的第5次与第6次迭代。<br>- 弹道聚集与扩散限制聚集系统各包含10组重复样本。
