本数据集为基于经正常组织与肿瘤组织来源DNA处理的人HT29、HDFa细胞系的基因表达谱（Gene expression profile）。提取经正常及肿瘤组织来源DNA处理的人HT29、HDFa细胞系的总RNA（Total RNA）后，将总RNA在Affymetrix HGU133 Plus 2.0基因芯片上进行杂交实验。
