The aim of measuring strain CCNWLW162 was to analyse its specific changes in the rhizosphere environment at the genetic level and to characterise its relationship with the strain's ability to promote growth and colonisation, in order to construct appropriately proportioned synthetic communities to be applied in agricultural environments to enhance crop yields.
