Data Carpentry Image Processing Data

These files are intended for use with the <i>Image Processing with Python</i> curriculum from Data Carpentry. Files will be useful for instructors teaching this curriculum in a workshop setting, as well as individuals working through these materials on their own.<br>This curriculum uses a variety of example images, chosen to illustrate different concepts and techniques in image processing. Several of the images might be described as biological or scientific - e.g. bacterial colonies, plant seedlings and root clusters, well plates - but others are of common objects, e.g. remote controls, paper shapes, etc.<br>Have questions about this data or the Data Carpentry lesson it is used in? 本数据集适用于数据作坊（Data Carpentry）推出的<i>《Python图像处理》</i>课程，既可用于该课程工作坊的授课教学，也可供自主学习该课程材料的学习者使用。
本课程选用了多样化的示例图像，用于阐释图像处理的各类概念与技术。其中部分图像属于生物或科研相关素材，例如细菌菌落、植物幼苗与根系群、多孔培养板；其余则为日常常见物品，例如遥控器、纸质裁切形状等。
