Epitope-specific mAbs recognized C2 protein. Similar results were observed by IFA, where the Abs stained cytoplasm and nucleus of infected cells. The D2-C1 mAb is specific for DV2, whereas the D2-C2 mAb recognizes both DV2 and DV4.
