We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the subsets of myeloid cells affected by deletion of miR-155 in microglia. Overall design: CD11b+/CD45+ myeloid cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术,分析小胶质细胞中miR-155敲除所影响的髓系细胞亚群。实验整体设计:通过荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting,FACS)分离CD11b⁺/CD45⁺髓系细胞,并利用scRNA-seq完成分析。
