本数据集对P. inhibens DSM 17493野生型菌株以及CtrA磷酸接力系统（CtrA phosphorelay）三个基因的转座子突变体的转录组（Transcriptomes）进行了对比分析。实验整体设计：将P. inhibens的ctrA::Tn、cckA::Tn及chpT::tn突变株与野生型DSM 17493进行对照比较。
