Microbiomes and resistomes of surface water in Bangladesh. AQUA-AMR

This study looks at the microorganisms and resistance genes present in surface water across Bangladesh. Sediment and water samples were taken from 24 sites across the districts of Mymensingh, Shariatpur and Dhaka.
