School Leavers' Survey (SLS), 1998

The School Leavers' Survey is a long-running study, conducted by the ESRI and funded by the Department of Education, which examines young peoples' experiences while at school and their experiences of the transition from second-level education to labour force participation, further education, or economic inactivity. This survey was carried out in Autumn 1998 by the ESRI on behalf of the Department of Enterprise and Employment. Respondants left school between September 1996 and August 1997 (inclusive).

中学毕业生离校调查（School Leavers' Survey）是一项长期开展的研究项目，由经济与社会研究所（ESRI）实施、教育部（Department of Education）资助，旨在系统调研青年群体的在校经历，以及其从中等教育阶段向劳动力就业、继续教育或经济非参与状态过渡的相关体验。本次调查于1998年秋季由经济与社会研究所代表企业与就业部（Department of Enterprise and Employment）执行。受访对象的离校时间介于1996年9月至1997年8月（含首尾两月）。
