Microbiota of ASD and neurotypical human and humanized-mouse fecal samples.

This project contains fecal 16S rRNA gene reads from individuals with ASD and their neurotypical family members and 16S reads from male progeny of initially germ-free breeder pairs colonized with these microbiotas. It also contains the whole genome sequencing reads (Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Tech) and assembly for the Blautia sp. isolate JLR.GB024.

本项目包含孤独症谱系障碍（Autism Spectrum Disorder，ASD）患者及其神经典型家庭成员的粪便16S核糖体RNA（rRNA）基因测序读段，以及定植了上述菌群的初始无菌繁育对的雄性后代的16S测序读段。此外，本项目还涵盖布劳特氏菌属（Blautia sp.）分离株JLR.GB024的全基因组测序读段（采用Illumina与Oxford Nanopore Tech测序平台）及对应的基因组组装序列。
