Threatened species habitat and connectivity enhancement in the Blayney region Project 1

This project will deliver significant and long-term environmental and community benefits to the Blayney region. The project sites consist of significant remnants of an EPBC listed vegetation community. These sites are of high biodiversity value, comprising important habitat for threatened species, such as the koala. Key threatening processes to existing biodiversity values managed by this project include weed invasion and pest animal grazing. Wherever possible this project will engage with the local community through extensive Council networks and media coverage.
