Research data:Enhanced dispersion of graphite fibres in water through surface modification Firstly, graphite fibres we studied have smooth, inert surfaces and poor dispersion in water. There are relatively few studies on the surface modification of graphite fibre, which is a challenging process. Secondly, we achieved a high-density and uniform distribution of nanoparticles on the surface of graphite fibre by an electrophoretic deposition process. Thirdly, we chose a new nanomaterial for the modification: Ti3C2Tx MXene. This material has superior hydrophilicity and electrical conductivity and can be electrodeposited at a low voltage within a short time, ensuring little damage to graphite fibre.

研究数据:通过表面改性提升石墨纤维在水中的分散性能 其一,本研究所用的石墨纤维表面光滑且呈惰性,在水中的分散性能不佳;当前针对石墨纤维的表面改性研究相对匮乏,该改性过程本身亦颇具挑战性。 其二,本研究通过电泳沉积工艺,实现了纳米颗粒在石墨纤维表面的高密度均匀分布。 其三,本次改性选用了新型纳米材料Ti₃C₂Tₓ MXene(Ti₃C₂Tₓ MXene),该材料具备优异的亲水性与导电性,可在低电压、短时间内完成电沉积,对石墨纤维的损伤极小。
