Переход от абстрактной геометрии к водороду и далее к атомным паттернам

This preprint introduces a meta‑scheme for describing quantum artifacts as graph‑geometric structures. The approach extends previous work on spectral–geometric analysis of physical systems and applies discrete curvature and flow methods to new classes of “dark” or hidden degrees of freedom. The meta‑scheme unifies several earlier constructions into a single operator‑level framework that can be used to compare different models, generate testable predictions, and organize numerical data. Particular attention is paid to how quantum information, effective interactions, and emergent continuous behaviour can be encoded in finite graphs and networks.
