The Transcriptome of Coffea arabica leaves infected by the rust fungus Hemileia vastatrix at 21 days after inoculation. The aim of this study was to identify transcripts from the coffee plant and the coffee rust fungus expressed during the interaction from plant tissue infected by the fungus. A goal was to determine the origin of the transcripts (plant or fungus) using comparison to extrinsic and intrinsic databases. Data analysis has been published in the journal Molecular Plant pathology (Fernandez et al. 2012, Mol Plant Pathol 13:17-37)

接种后21天被咖啡驼孢锈菌(Hemileia vastatrix)侵染的小粒咖啡(Coffea arabica)叶片转录组(Transcriptome)。本研究旨在从该真菌侵染的植物组织中,鉴定咖啡植株与咖啡锈菌在互作过程中表达的转录本。本研究的另一目标为通过比对外源与内源数据库,确定上述转录本的来源(植物源或真菌源)。相关数据分析成果已发表于《分子植物病理学》(Molecular Plant Pathology)期刊(Fernandez等,2012,Mol Plant Pathol 13:17-37)
