Data is organized in different folders (subfolders) representing each figure (panel) of the published paper. Data in Fig1(a) are XRD patterns of PbS nanosheets of different thickness. Spectra in Fig1(b) are obtained with a PerkinElmer Lambda 1050 spectrometer. Mobility data in Fig2 are obtained by optical-pump terahertz-probe spectroscopy. Data in Fig3(a) are effective masse obtained from kp calculations. Data in Fig3(b) are calculated excitonic states while data in Fig3(c) are the obtained fraction of photogenerated excitons for different thickness of the PbS nanosheets.

数据以不同文件夹(子文件夹)的形式组织,每个文件夹对应已发表论文中的一幅子图。图1(a)中的数据为不同厚度硫化铅(PbS)纳米片的X射线衍射(XRD)图谱;图1(b)中的光谱由珀金埃尔默(PerkinElmer)Lambda 1050型光谱仪采集得到;图2中的迁移率数据通过光泵浦太赫兹探测光谱法测得;图3(a)中的数据为经kp计算得到的有效质量;图3(b)中的数据为计算得到的激子态;图3(c)中的数据为不同厚度硫化铅纳米片的光生激子占比。
