mRNA sequencing of primary human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells in patients with or without liver cirrhosis

Primary human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) were isolated from patients with or without liver cirrhosis. RNA were extracted from LSECs and high-throughput sequencing was performed on the Illumina Hiseq 2500 sequencing platform.

原代人肝窦内皮细胞（Primary human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, LSECs）从伴或不伴肝硬化的患者体内分离获得。随后从LSECs中提取RNA，并采用Illumina Hiseq 2500测序平台进行高通量测序。
