Transcriptomic analysis of gene expression differences between planktonic and biofilm cells

the sequencing instrument Illumina NovaSeq 6000 was used to sequence planktonic and biofilm state of V. alginolyticus. The purpose of this study was to compare the gene expression differences between planktonic and biofilm cells using transcriptome sequencing technology, to gain insight into the regulatory mechanism of V. alginolyticus biofilm formation.

本研究采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序仪，对溶藻弧菌（V. alginolyticus）的浮游态与生物膜态菌体进行测序。本研究旨在利用转录组测序技术，对比浮游态与生物膜态溶藻弧菌的基因表达差异，进而深入解析溶藻弧菌生物膜形成的调控机制。
