WES_SNP_INDEL_DATA

In this study, we established organoids from renal cell carcinoma-derived tissues and evaluated their molecular biological characteristics. SNP_INDEL data obtained from whole-exome sequencing of tumor tissue(T) and established organoids(OR).

本研究从肾细胞癌来源的组织中构建类器官，并对其分子生物学特性进行了评估。通过对肿瘤组织（T）与构建的类器官（OR）开展全外显子组测序，获取了其单核苷酸多态性与插入缺失变异（SNP_INDEL）数据。
