ADK Long-term data and code compilation

Long-term dataset of lake biology and chemistry from 28 lakes in the Adirondack Park, northern New York State. Includes standard limnological parameters (secchi, temp, dissolved oxygen), baseline chemistry (pH, phosphorous, nitrogen, sulfate, nitrate, acid neutralizing capacity, among others), biological organism observations (phytoplankton, zooplankton). Originally collected to examine the long-term recovery of lakes and their biota from acidification.Includes raw data, processed data, and custom R code for dataset cleaning and harmonization.
