DNMT1 mRNA was determined by real time PCR as described in Materials and Methods. 如材料与方法所述，采用实时荧光定量PCR（real-time PCR）测定DNMT1 信使核糖核酸（mRNA）水平。实验结果为6份不同胎盘生物样本经平行重复实验测定所得的DNMT1/β肌动蛋白（β actin）比值，上述胎盘取自不同胎次的雌雄个体；统计检验采用曼-惠特尼U检验（Mann-Whitney test），p>0.05。胎盘DNMT1 mRNA表达水平与β肌动蛋白具有相关性。
