Raw X-Ray CT data for CFC-Cu_GS laser flash coupon. The coupon was manufactured at Politecnico di Torino, Italy (Dr Valentina Casalegno) and X-ray tomography scanning was performed at the Manchester X-ray Imaging Facility, University of Manchester, UK (Dr Llion Evans).
